− Odore di muffa nella camera da letto fastidiosi, casa sulla strada, le altre valutazioni non mi esprimo
Ottimo appartamento......una sola pecca !!!
9.0La casa è molto bella e curata nei particolari, ben disposta , sfrutta bene tutti gli spazi. Posizionata vicino la strada , ma ben insonorizzata.
− Purtroppo la camera matrimoniale che si trova nel piano inferiore, forse ex cantina, ha una porta che separa il piccolo scantinato, dove si trova la lavatrice, che non ha una chiusura ermetica e si sente il classico odore di cantina , che risulta essere un po' fastidioso.
