− Needed a good clean and beds were too hard so didn’t sleep as well as I’d like. Also lots of noise early morning with building close by.

10.0Excellent facilities & large balcony in la Entrada Apt Punta Prima with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms for past 8 ngts. Complimentary water & wine.Great air-conditioning in 30-35°. Ground floor apt beside exit to restaurants & bars nearby with Apt Complex Security for peace of mind. Parking on street or underground.Host Margaret was very ameanable & contactable

We did manage to enjoy our holiday despite the ongoing painting work!! We will be back.
8.0Location, and extra large well equipped patio. That was our main reason for going back! The complex was very well maintained, and had beautiful gardens with three lovely pools.
− Unfortunately, our stay this time coincided with the maintenance of the outside of the building where our apartment was, and the painters had to use a great big noisy crane ( which sat outside our patio for the week! ) to do their work, but they did their best not to be too intrusive. It just meant that we didn’t get to use the patio as much as we would have liked.

Would definitely go back, especially if the ‘house kerping’ issues were addressed!
7.0The location. A very secure and well maintained complex. Also a wonderful large patio for our private use with plenty of outdoor furniture. Well stocked kitchen.
− More attention to detail ( cleanliness, and maintenance ) would have made this an excellent rental property. Second bedroom not large enough for two beds…near impossible to open wardrobe doors!
