− Very dirty pillow covers. It was not cleaned at all Lot of power cut and fans do not work at full speed in first floor

10.0Fantastic location and beautiful house with sea at the front and river at the back, had a wonderful time. If I had more time, I would have stayed longer. Visit the delta beach point 5 km from the house if you stay here. Sunset is amazing.

5.0Only Saving Grace , The view is absolutely stunning, easily a 10/10. Unfortunately, that’s the only highlight.
− The experience at Gintara Homestay was disappointing and far from what’s shown on their website. Mismatch with Photos – The property looks nothing like the pictures online. Poor Service – The staff was practically non-existent. During our 2-day stay, no one came to clean the room or even empty the dustbin. Neglected Maintenance – Rooms felt old, dirty, and poorly maintained, with visible cracks around the property. Ongoing Construction – There was construction work happening throughout both days of our stay. I don’t mind construction, but the management should have informed us in advance or avoided taking bookings during this period. Even in the small window (about 2 hours in the afternoon) when we returned to rest after exploring the city, the work continued, making it impossible to relax. Verdict: If you find a better stay for the same price, go for it. This property is only passable if you have no other option—and you’re visiting solely for the view.
