Location and view from kitchen windows

− Cleanliness of main lounge/kitchen area. Had to remove a cushion as lost something on sofa and found years of dirt and litter down the sofa - very disappointing. Felt it had a surface clean only and needs a good in depth clean in this area.

Location, views from the lounge & liked kitchen dining area. And having a parking space. Apart from the problems we had below everything we were happy with.

− When we stripped the bed in the top bedroom we discovered no mattress cover. Stains on the mattress & also a small stain on the sheet. Good job it was hot as I was sleeping on top of the bed. The top floor bathroom was missing a light bulb. First floor one of the tea towels looked grubby. The only other problem we had was we were unable to close the backdoor. The property manager could not repair it but made a temporary solution so we could shut it. Which did please us. Mat at the front door needs replacing or repairing as we tripped over it where part of the bristles were dislodged & sticking up. Dangerous. Key safe difficult to open..

Lovely house, clean,comfortable and well equipped. Good location 10 minute walk to centre of town.

− Garden table needed a good clean. Seating area outside had limited space.

Die Lage war gut, es gab direkt vor dem Haus einen privaten Parkplatz, einen Außenbereich mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, ausreichend Platz im gesamten Haus und eine gute Grundausstattung.

− Die Betten waren unbequem und die letzte Grundreinigung lag schon einige Zeit zurück. Die Fenster waren verdreckt, die Garage ebenfalls und eher eine Rümpelkammer, zwischen der Couch hat sich auch noch Dreck angesammelt.

Ideal for 2-4 adults, living space very cosy but there is an extra lounge downstairs. Very clean on arrival, well equipped, right near the centre of wells.

− Parking could be an issue at times due to some houses parking 2 cars and using up the space allocated for others! We did manage to park on the property most days though or on the road outside. Watch out for the double yellow lines!!
