1.0I did not like anything. It was difficult to get hold of the host. I had to wait 3 hours outside the building to get the key. The place was not ready upon my arrival. I had to wait for it to be clean
− It did not come with an AC, No ocean view. The bathroom filled with dead bugs. The apartment was not ready for check in. The location of the place was not recognized by the GPS. I had to drive around for hours. The owner was rude and not helpful at all. I got charged for 4 nights, even though I did not stay, I left the property. booking.com is holding the apartment owner responsible, and the last is holding booking responsible.

3.0− le jour de mon arrivé , la personne dont vous m'avez donné le numéro de téléphone pour la contacter pour me donner les clefs de l'appartement, ne savait pas que je suis le nouveau locataire et que j'ai une réservation pour 4 nuits à partir du 22 Aout 2025 et n'avait aucune information sur le noms de la personne qui doit occuper l'appartement du 22 Aout au 26 Aout 2025. Et , ce n'est qu'après presque trois quart d'heure "45 mn" et après plusieurs appels qu'on a pu régler le problème, j'étais vraiment énervé, surtout je venais d'arriver après un long voyage de huit "8" heures.
