We loved the large, sunlit rooms and modern decor. House was in immaculate condition and so comfortable. A real home from home. Brilliant location, just a couple of minutes from all the shops. The property was super-quiet on an evening so perfect for us.

The property is beautifully maintained and everything was comfortable and clean. The location was convenient - a short walk to nearby restaurants and the market/high street. The train station's 5 minutes drive away or you could walk there in 12-15 minutes. The host was friendly and kind. We wish we could stay longer but we were only there for the weekend to attend a wedding and visit some family in the area.

Pet friendly and nicer than a hotel. Very good location. Very good facilities with access to a fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, tv, iron, vacuum cleaner etc. Enough space to park two cars off road. This was the first time we have been away from home with our dog (he is 20 months old) and he settled very quickly after the initial excitement of a new place, he very much enjoyed being able to see out of the windows at the passers by as we dont have front facing windows that he is able to see out of at our home.

− Just a couple of very minor almost insignificant criticisms but a full size ironing board would have been nice however it did not dampen the experience of staying at the property. The dyson cordless hoover hadn't been charged so it took a little longer to vacuum the front room than we would of liked but again not a show stopper. The outside hosepipe has some leaks although it did entertain my dog! lol

We loved everything about this property. The location, the clean and comfortable accommodation, of which is equipped with everything you could need plus the added extras of the welcome gift of milk, brownies wine plus many other things. Last but not least the fantastic communication from Jane who couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay special.

We had a great weekend at Beverley and The Barbers provided an excellent base to stay.

Immaculate property excellently positioned just a 5 minute walk into Beverley Town Centre. Everything you need for a short stay was provided and a welcome pack in the fridge was very much appreciated. I cannot fault this property and will look to book again if its available!
