9.0Large villa with large rooms Well equipped kitchen 2 double beds, 1 single wide bed, 2 baths, 4 a/c But mainly our host , Pantelies, has been so supportive and provide great recommendations that made our holiday so great
− Well, not all walls are well preserved and in some area the paint is peeling off.
Great location and a great property manager.
9.0Location is excellent. Street is a little unprepossing but house is an easy 10 minute walk to the main square in Lixouri. Pantelis is an excellent manager and was quick to deal with the requests we made. The top terrace is a real asset and had superb views.
− The fact that one of the bathrooms is on the ground floor should be made clearer.
Family holiday. The property had everything we needed. Host excellent.
8.0Great roof terrace, though only used it twice. Good views of the mountains from there. Excellent kitchen. Fantastic communication from our host, Pantelis, and great recommendations of places to go and restaurants. Nice lounge and dining area. Parking right outside the door. Very close to the seafront. Local people living nearby were friendly and helpful. Two shower rooms, but one was off the kitchen. Useful to have the downstairs toilet though. Very good quality toilet rolls! - always important. Good welcome pack on arrival.
− Roof terrace accessed via bedrooms, so not ideal for taking food, drinks up. Also there was building works going on very close by, so a bit noisy in the daytime. The lower balcony from the bedrooms was overlooked so we did not use it. The property is located in a closely built up area....more of a town house rather than a villa. No garden area.
