− Had to clean everywhere as dirty. Black mould in fridges. Cutlery rusty. Crockery dirty. Oven not able to use. Only 2 gas hobs working. Broken glass protectors on furniture. Dust webs hanging down from ceilings. Broken doors. Lack of sun beds. Owners ornaments broken and damaged
