Good location and a friendly and helpful owner
8.0The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, the apartment was very clean and nice. There was plenty of towels and all basic amenities in the kitchen like dish soap, sponges, oil and coffee. The apartment is located directly behind the main train station and there is a supermarket on the corner about 100m from the apartment that has a good range of food and other items. There is a lockup garage to park a car if needs be (for 5 euros a day). The garage isn't particularly wide so it might be difficult for larger cars to park in there (we had no problem with our small Lancia Ypsilon). Arezzo isn't particularly large so it was easy to access the whole old town on foot from the apartment.
− There was a little bit of confusion with arriving at the apartment, it is in building 5A, not building 5 as listed here. But it was resolved quickly with a call to the owner. There is no WiFi in the apartment and the gas stove top either did not work, or we didn't know how to get it to turn on as there was no gas flowing. We weren't sure how to make it work and didn't want to cause issues so we didn't use it. A quick instruction guide might be helpful for others.
