not 5 star but very comfortable . Needs a bit of a upgrade but that's why price is so reasonable.

breakfast not provided but plenty of places to eat within 3 minutes walk. Great location 3 minutes to surf beach. uncrowded surfing. Balian is a very chilled place. Like Bali was 20 years ago . Nothing like the Kaos of Canguu or Legian. Not for young ones looking for raging night life. Arsa (caretaker) very helpful..

− No TV. Little things -needs new toilet seats and a ceiling fan was missing under outside awning
