3.0− The toilet seat lid was not attached and the toilet didnt flush. The shower rail was on the floor. The wifi didn’t work. The property was very dirty.
Very unhigenic, bedding doesn’t get changed!!!
3.0the location was good
− we had issues getting into the house initially and it was very difficult to get contact with the host for assistance. when we eventually got inside we tried to settle in and realised that the house had very clearly not been cleaned properly from the night before. the carpets had various stains and dirt and there was exposed wires which would be very worrying if anyone was travelling with kids. The bedding had not been changed from the previous stay, the sheets were very obviously slept in with an odour and there was even bits of dirt and hair in the beds. Two of us slept downstairs on the sofas as we did not feel comfortable sleeping in dirty beds. The toilet hardly flushes, there were dirt stains in the sink and there are unsafe plug sockets that are not correctly fitted into the walls.
