10.0We only stayed for one night, but we could immediately see the potential for a longer stay. The location is great for exploring the surrounding area, and we felt very comfortable during our visit. There is a karting track nearby and a great restaurant, which added to the convenience and enjoyment of the stay. We would happily come back for a longer visit.

Quiet lovely place away from the crazy busy Sarande
9.0This house is a perfect place to stay when you love the peace and quiet. The view over the area is amazing, the quiet town is lovely for an evening stroll. The house has everything you need, including air conditioning in every room. The pool is clean and perfectly equipped with enough sun loungers and chairs. We were welcomed by the father who was super helpfull, friendly and tool his time to explain all details about the house. We loved our stay!
Pěkná vila, která by zasloužila větší péči
7.0Vila má úžasný potenciál. Kdyby ji majitelé pořádně dokončili a občas renovovali, byla by krásná! Bohužel se údržbě nikdo moc nevěnuje. Vybavení kuchyně je základní, ale vystačí. Vše fungovalo. Bazén byl super, jen by ho chtělo trochu víc čistit. A ten koberec, který je okolo něj, pouští zelenou barvu. Všude ve vile je klimatizace a zatemňující rolety. Jen síť proti hmyzu na dveřích druhého pokoje je rozbitá. Chtělo by to opravit, protože komárů je zde dost. V místě je klid a soukromí. Dojíždění na pláže a do města nám nevadilo. Pěkný výhled na hory.
− Bohužel jsme měli problémy s odpadem. Ucpal se záchod, neodtékal dřez v kuchyni a voda v koupelně dokonce vytekla ven a způsobila úplnou potopu. Naštěstí se tak stalo až poslední den. Ubytovat vás přijde paní Sofie. Je milá a nápomocná, ale mluví jen albánsky, takže nerozumíte ani slovo. Trochu nešťastné řešení, že z terasy není přístup k bazénu. Buď se chodí hlavním vchodem okolo nebo přes malý pokoj.
Villa agréable avec piscine et au calme
7.0-L’emplacement avec piscine, ce qui est rare en Albanie et à proximité des plages du sud. Nos enfants ont adoré avant les visites de fin d’après midi et la chaleur - pas de vis à vis et nous cherchions du calme, c’était parfait à ce niveau là -Bonne literie et des volets aux fenêtres (idem rare en Albanie 🙂) -le propriétaire réactif et très agréable - une maison grande avec climatisation
− - la propreté du logement à notre arrivée même si cela a été réglé rapidement par la suite et quelques ustensiles de cuisine à remplacer car très abîmés (casseroles) - à savoir : il y a des caméras, nous avons été autorisés à les éteindre mais c’est mieux de prévenir en l’indiquant sur l’annonce
