7.0La amplitud de la casa y la cercanía del mar.
− La casa es grande y cómoda, pero en la cocina hay utensilios que habría que desechar después de una buena revisión. Las luces blancas no realzan nada una decoración tampoco muy actualizada. Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente de 2 baños de 3 de miércoles a sábado al mediodía, aunque nos abonaron un 10% del precio. No hay ninguna información ni de medios de transporte ni sobre la zona... (Nosotros para llegar cómodamente a Valencia centro íbamos en nuestro coche hasta la estación de metro de Alboraia que tenía al lado un aparcamiento gratuito, era lo más rápido)
