1.0The location was nice, and that's it.
− Poor, terrible and so much confusion in communication. Got there early, hoping to drop off luggage, and do other things in the mean time, but no. No one was there, I called, texted nothing, no responsetill later. Went about the day with our luggage. In the app, it included a fan, theres wasn't any. We asked for it, never came. No hand soap in the bathroom, booked it for 2 people only one towel. We tried to work with everything, but couldn't. It was humid, had to leave the door open, which isn't ideal, for some air flow. You either give them 200 quetzales in cash for safety deposit or your passport. Crazy. And lastly, the tv had no channels, not apps like Netflix, only YouTube. We left and stayed at another hotel.
