Problematisches Geschäftsgebaren und problematischer Kommunikationstil der Betreiber!
1.0Zum Glück konnte die Buchung schlussendlich dank Booking kostenneutral storniert werden und ich habe kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft finden können, bei der es keinerlei Probleme gab!
− Meine Erfahrung mit dieser Unterkunft war leider sehr problematisch. Kurz vor der Anreise wurde ich aufgefordert, eine Kaution per Überweisung im Voraus zu leisten, obwohl in der Buchungsbestätigung ausdrücklich eine Barzahlung bei Ankunft vorgesehen war. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass keine Quittung ausgestellt werden könne und auch kein Übergabeprotokoll möglich sei. Diese Abweichung von den ursprünglich bestätigten Bedingungen sowie die fehlende Transparenz bei der Zahlungsabwicklung haben bei mir kein Vertrauen geschaffen. Die Kommunikation war insgesamt schwierig und wenig lösungsorientiert. Auf berechtigte Hinweise zu den abweichenden Konditionen wurde nicht eingegangen, stattdessen wurde mir nahegelegt, die Buchung zu stornieren, falls ich mit den Bedingungen nicht einverstanden sei. Erst nach Einschaltung von Booking.com wurde die Buchung letztlich storniert. Ich empfehle zukünftigen Gästen, die Zahlungs- und Kautionsbedingungen vorab genau zu prüfen

10.0L'accueil de la propriétaire même distante. Malgré une panne de serrure ce qui peut arriver à tout le monde, quelqu'un sur place s'est déplacé en urgence pour régler le problème. L'appartement est niquel Chrome, rien à dire. Bravo
− La propriétaire malgré sont honnêteté, doit encore faire des efforts concernant la sécurité d'échange, contacter par WhatsApp pour demander le règlement alors qu'on ne connaît pas l'origine du contact c'est risqué, moi-même j'ai créé une résistance, j'ai réglé sur place à une collaboratrice. Par contre, juste maladresse, ça reste des gens honnêtes, je recommande.
