− Estan sucias las instalaciones las toallas no estaban lavadas el techo se caia a pedazos las sabanas y enredones tenian manchas de suciedad basicamente me siento estafado
Modern hotel, but not comfortable. Internet very slow.

− The air conditioning is not effective. I complained at the reception desk twice, mentioning that the air conditioner was not warming the room enough. There was definitely an issue which they failed to resolve. The temperature of their water boiler was low. The shower water, when on full heat, was lukewarm at best. It was very cold outside and in the room, and thus this was also an issue. I complained at the reception desk twice. I was told that they would raise the temperature, but they did not do anything about it.

− The ceiling of the room wasn’t ready. Some of the staff couldn’t speak English and they didn’t do anything to help me when I asked for an adaptor for my phone.
