8.0This stay was one of a kind, the feel and tranquility of this place is something to experience when you visit El Salvador, but bring some bug repellent with you! Room service was amazing and friendly. Water pressure in the shower needs to be fixed would be my only complaint. Also not much visibility looking out from the globe through the not so clear panels. Overall definitely worth a stay!
Underwhelming Stay
6.0I really wanted to enjoy my stay, but a few things fell short. The road to the hotel badly needs maintenance—it’s nearly impossible without a 4x4. Food options were limited, and my steak arrived nearly raw despite ordering medium. The room amenities were sparse for the price point, which felt disappointing. That said, the staff was very friendly, and the waterfall tour was a highlight.
