Conveniently located with easy access to the airport, it's an excellent choice whether you're arriving late at night or leaving early in the morning. The owner is exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to meet you at any hour, help with your arrival, and make sure everything is prepared for a smooth and relaxing stay. After a long flight, that level of personal care makes a real difference. The rooms are quiet, with excellent sound insulation from the road, ensuring a deep and comfortable night's sleep. The beautiful inner courtyard is a peaceful oasis where you can unwind and enjoy the unique atmosphere of Yerevan. If you're looking for more than just a place to stay, this hotel offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and the warm, authentic Yerevan vibe that leaves you feeling refreshed and energized.

− I spent quite a while trying to think of something I didn't like... and honestly, I couldn't come up with anything meaningful. If I had to be picky, I'd say the only downside is that it's a place that's hard to leave. The peaceful courtyard, the warm hospitality, the comfortable rooms, and the relaxed Yerevan atmosphere make it very tempting to stay one more night instead of continuing your journey. Everything else was exactly what I hoped for: a warm welcome, genuine care, a great night's sleep, and the feeling that you're not just another guest, but someone the hosts are truly happy to see. Sometimes the best compliment you can give a hotel is that it simply lets you enjoy your trip without having to think about the hotel itself. This was one of those places.

Если вам не хочется добирать в/из Еревана по пробкам для того, чтобы с комфортом провести ночь между полетами, вам вполне подойдет этот отель. 2 км от аэропорта, трансфер туда-обратно (за не очень большие деньги), наличие общей кухоньки с холодильником и выбором чая, кофе и печенек - меня все это порадовало. У меня оказался номер из двух комнат. Тихо.

− Не было кондиционера (оказалось не критично ночью) и не захотелось пользоваться душем (но при большой потребности можно было бы).
