Nice spacious house with a good yard

Spent 6 days here with my wife and son. The villa is very spacious, quiet and comfortable. We especially liked the spacious garden that got frequently visited by groups of monkeys, flying foxes, cameleons, kingfishers and other beautifull birds.

− It's a bit out of town, but you have easy access by tuktuk, it's less then 10mins. Pickme app works fine when to be picked up from the villa.

Fantastic, spacious and private bungalow located in scenic Orr's Hill

This is a large, new bungalow located on a large lot not far from the water in the Orr's Hill promontory of Tricomalee. The house is large, clean and very private, and includes three bedrooms, large living room and dining room, and huge kitchen. My bedroom had racks to put away clothing, and an ensuite bathroom. Common areas are fully furnished, and kitchen has a lot of appliances and utensils. Only bedroom has AC; rest of house good ceiling fans. As I was the only guest, two of the bedrooms were locked and not accessible. While the house is not that close to the beaches or downtown, it is in a very picturesque and unique area of town, also very private. There is a waterfront park that runs along the shoreline that is nice to walk along. The host is excellent and immediately available for any question or request you have - really top-notch.

− There are no stores or services in the area, so best organize getting supplies while in town. The frantic dogs in neighboring lots are a problem from a noise perspective.
