Beautiful spacious villa, great pool and views
8.0The villa is beautiful, amazing views, pool is perfect and actually looks bigger in person than in the pictures. The villa is in a small town but there is one bar, a restaurant very close and you can get ferrys from here to other locations like Sirmione, you can also walk or drive into the nearby town which has bars and restaurants. The host was friendly and helpful and the villa easily fitted our family of 8 adults. Sauna is a great addition too and has good parking. Lake front views were gorgeous. We had a great time here and enjoyed exploring the local area. There was also a well equipped kitchen.
− When we arrived there was no air con downstairs where two people were sleeping it was very hot - the host managed to get a mobile air con unit installed very quickly. The wifi went down for 4 days of our 9 day stay which was frustrating as trying to work and with teenagers but was eventually resolved. There are a lot of bugs as right on the lake front so you cant really go out or have windows open at dusk and it was hard to keep the very white villa clean due to this. I did have to chase the pool cleaner too. The spa bath in bathroom and the bubble button on the pool also were out of order. The host did try hard to fix the problems we had and was very helpful. Overall we still had a great stay but for the price of the villa I would not anticipate having these issues.
