− The host was extremely rude person, she was rude on the phone upon landing when we asked for directions to the property. We reached at 11:45 pm in the night . The main water supply which was outside was closed , when we called and asked her politely why the water was not coming , instead of explaining and being helpful she threatened us and said to leave . This was absolutely shocking behaviour, we had to wait without water while night with 3 children. In the morning we used Google to figure out water supply switch. She never responded but only threatened. We could really like a refund on our money if booking.com can kindly look into this matter . I have WhatsApp pictures of the conversation with her

10.0Very clean and all you can possibly need property. My family was in Rhodes for kitesurfing, therefore the location for our needs was ideal - close to the spot (our top priority) but also just 30 min away from Old Town and the magnificent Anthony Quinn Bay for fun and relaxation. The house is surrounded by olive trees, which add to the local charm and authenticity. We were extremely happy with our host Eleni who answered all of our questions almost instantly and graciously allowed us a late check out. Thank you Sunset Villa Theologos and Eleni for the hospitality and great experience!
