1.0− The property has many problems: 1. The floors were uneven. My mother fell down as she entered the room. 2. There were cockroaches, so it hadn't been maintained well. 3. One of the geysers in the bathroom had bad earthing. We kept getting shocks when we touched the tap, even when the switch was off.

Nice stay for family of upto 5 adults and 3 kids.
8.0Layout and space. One bathroom attached and one common bathroom easily accessible from the other bedroom. Balcony is available. 24 hours check-in based on availability
− Not as much. Slightly away from Railway junction however on the way to Nava tirupathi temples and Tiruchendur.
They could have made the stay much better by spending few dollars.
5.0− They could have made the stay better by providing bigger and additional pillows. Could have provided some drinking water bottles in the room. Looks like they are new to the business. Apartment filled with smoking smell.
