Great choice in Tenom
9.0The owner of the property speaks good English, is very responsive to questions on WhatsApp, is very helpful and is very generous with her time - my thanks to her. The house has multiple bedrooms, a living area and a well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms have AC. The house is a only a short distance from the centre (train station) - only 5-10 minutes walking, if you use the short cut beside the mosque that the owner can show you.
− The bed that I slept on was a little firm for my tastes, but that is common in Malaysia.

6.0Proximity to town and the basic amenities are all provided. The hsot also provided bottled drinking water - a plus.
− Aircons need servicing and one aircon for one room is not working. The lighting flickered in the bathroom once the water heater is turned on.
