9.0Lovely quaint little cottage. Two double rooms and child’s room with bunk beds.
An excellent base for a lovely holiday.
8.0Fabulous location. 10 mins from Holkham and Wells beaches, and round the corner from the delightful Walsingham-Wells light railway. The cottage itself was lovely and quaint. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed.
− There were a couple of minor issues with the cottage e.g. malfunctioning toilet seat, but I have informed the management so that these can be fixed.

8.0Gorgeous , traditional cottage . Lovely rooms , super clean . Not sure how the heating works as I couldn’t find the instructions so it was a bit cold . Otherwise perfect .

− Very hard to criticise. It was missing a quiche tin… clutching at straws here.

7.0Cozy and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Great location for exploring Norfolk and nice local amenities. Nice sunny spot in the evening to sit outside. We had a lovely stay.
− The heating came on at random times so it was a little chilly in the morning at night.
