10.0Excellent place to stay in Kamala area. It can be a little noisy from outdoors in morning but most times it’s good. Walking distance to beach, 7 Eleven and other shops

10.0I was initially disappointed in the hotel, as the deluxe room was much smaller than expected and didn't have a couch. I showed the room's picture on the hotel website to the reception desk and was told that wasn't the correct photo. Not long after I heard from the hotel manager, explaining whoever put together the hotel website made an error, but offering a free upgrade. I was impressed at his response - he was forthcoming and reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel and can't praise the premium deluxe room enough!
