7.0Very happy with the facility, very clean and the staff at the facility are very friendly.
− There had been guests in the room next to ours who kept us up till 3am with their noise. Personality I feel there should be a cut off time for all noise given the rooms are so close to each other.
I had a peaceful sleep.

3.0The staff was helpful in accommodating a change in room request, helping us carry items from the car, and when we realised that we had no hot water at 8pm they were very responsive, but unfortunately could not fix the issue.
− We had no hot water our first night there, this was somewhat remedied during the second day by a luke warm solar geyser. But the last morning, when we wanted to shower before our 6 hour drive back home, we again had no hot water. And had to boil the kettle for hot water and shove a plastic bad in the basin drain as the one plug supplied was too big. Also, during the one shower that we could have, the shower head was terrible in our room. The shower head sprays everywhere, including out of the shower and only felt like two streams of water were spraying on me at any one time.
