Nice property but disappointed with the additional charge during check-in.

Clean and spacious. Location near to Paddington Station.

− We were charged additional £60 by the online check-in (roompilot). Tried to call and message property but not succesfull. We had to pay the £60 to get the access code to the unit. I have put up a complaint to Booking.com customer service for refund.

Appartamento molto grande e spazioso

− Il divano letto in soggiorno, dotato solo di un lenzuolo e purtroppo duro come il cemento

It was an enjoyable time in London, perfect for the train, underground and restaurants.

It was well set-out. The outside patio area was great for relaxing.

− Both beds and the sofa bed were too soft for us.

快適な滞在でした

地下階のお部屋でしたが、明るくて清潔なお部屋でした。 ベッドルームが2つ、いずれもバスタブ付きのバスルームで、4人での滞在でも快適に過ごせました。 (ソファベッドもリクエスト) 綺麗なキッチンには必要なものが全て揃っていて、洗濯機があるのも長期滞在には助かりました。 困った事などはメッセージを送るとすぐに返事をくださり、滞在中のサポートも万全。 鍵はスマートキーなので、出入りも自由に出来ました。 次回またロンドンに行く際には是非利用させて頂きたいです。

− バスタブに浸かりたい日本人にとっては、お湯を使い過ぎるとお湯の出が悪くなるので注意が必要。 これはイギリスでは仕方がない事で、少し時間をズラして入ると問題は解決しました。
