Nice but expensive for what it is, with a few more touches, like visible staff it could be brilliant
6.0Beds were very comfy, hot tub was great, solar lights at night, lovely ambiance over all.
− No staff to greet you when you arrive is crazy at the price, tricky to know where to park, and how to access bbqs, etc. Also whilst the hot tub was lovely, it would be good to give people more advice how to use it (first time we've stayed somewhere with a log fired one). Couldn't get the shower to work.
Fantastic getaway.
10.0Comfortable and clean. Great location. Peaceful. It was all ready to go on arrival including the hot tub.
− There was no lock on safari tent.
One amazing night
10.0We stopped off here after having our honeymoon break with our kids in North wales, this broke up our trip back to Kent and was a perfect ending to an amazing week. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and we will be back again for sure. It was everything we was hoping it was going to be and more. I highly recommend the sausages from the farm shop too!
Would stay again.
10.0The hot tub and sauna were amazing. Very warm and we had plenty of logs supplied. My children had a really fun time. Toasted marshmallows around the fire pit. We made some great memories
− Nothing
we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna but would not stay again.
5.0mattresses were comfy. hot tub and sauna were nice, with sufficient wood provided and easy to use. fairy lights were a nice touch. full size private bathroom.
− we were given mouldy pillows - which we only discovered quite late on when getting kids ready for bed - we replaced them as my husband was at a supermarket at the time, and the host did apologise, refunded the cost of the pillows and discounted the stay slightly which was appreciated. Tent did not zip to the floor which left a draft - was told this was part of the design, but was not ideal. Heating system was not sufficient to warm the tent in December and the bedroom was very cold. I do not recommend using this property in the winter - a review had mentioned being provided radiators, but we were told this was not possible. Property is near a very busy road, and next to some sort of generator so the noise level was significantly noticeable throughout the night. property is based at the back of a garden centre/mini golf - but the approach was underwhelming as there are bits of machine/old mini golf bits and bobs and stuff all round the waste ground type car park. It was not a luxury appearance despite an asking price of £200 for 1 night.
