7.0All on one level for limited mobility family member and plenty of space.
− Unable to adjust heating, No sugar despite tea and coffee available., cleanliness not the best with cobwebs about. 4 of the 7 cups available very dirty despite a sign in the kitchen to keep things clean for the next guests - guess what it's your job as the property provider to check its at a respectable condition and cleanliness for your guests!! Door knobs difficult for people with poor grip / disabilities. Parking was ok but a problem when vehicles moved around.

7.0The property was welcoming and well ventilated, so it didn't feel hot or stuffy upon entry. The property had everything you might need already available. I liked the elephant theme in the property, and the bedding and towels also smelled fresh and clean. There was an allocated parking space as well as a garden with access through the back of the property.
− Unfortunately, some of the drinking glasses appeared not to have been washed very well from previous guests, as there were "bits" of something on the inside of the glasses. The remote control for the TV was also taped together as it appears to be broken in half. We also noticed on the top bunk bed rail that the screw that should secure the rail siding to the head of the top bunk was missing. So it is just being held in place by the welding on the frame, instead of being secured with the lateral bolt through the headboard railing. There was also what appeared to be some black mold in the bottom corner of the wall in the shower.
Friendly hosts, clean and comfortable apartment, handy store nearby, excellent public transport.
