Amazing property, clean, lots of space, everything you could need.

− It’s about half an hour into split, not a problem for us, get an uber when you arrive at the airport then take the taxi’s direct number and we used them for the whole week day and night directly for less cost.

Great property, lovely staff! Tanja was fabulous and was on hand to answer any questions. Pool was stunning! Great for family holidays etc

− We loved everything about the property! Our only downfall is the security deposit, whilst we fully understood the need for this, it was a pain to sort 1000euros extra to what we already paid, the Cherry on top, we lost £125 of that converting it back. It would have made more sense to pay in gdp and the owner change the money if they needed too. I feel this process really needs looking at to make it fairer for all.

− i absolutely do not recommend this property and believe that renting it is a serious risk. i am writing this review as a real warning to others so that no one else has to go through the same thing. my friends and i booked a 4-night stay, paying a very high price, which we thought was adequate for the standard described in the offer. in practice, it turned out that the offer had nothing to do with reality, and many elements were simply fiction. the owners promised, after our prior request, to heat the pool (to 28°c), which was supposed to be waiting for us, ready for use, but it turned out to be completely unusable. instead of clean water, we found a green, dirty puddle. there was no response from the owners, despite our reports. the same applies to the jacuzzi-style hot tub, which was one of the main reasons for choosing this place – also unavailable. this is simply fraud and the height of embarrassment. the house was extremely cold upon arrival. no one had prepared the property for the arrival of guests, even though the date had been known for a long time. we sat in thick clothes for hours, some even in jackets. setting the heating to 30° did not have an immediate effect. at this price, it is absolutely unacceptable. however, the most serious problem was the constant lack of hot water, which amounted to a violation of basic accommodation conditions. after intervention, a technician arrived, but the “repair” was only superficial. there was enough hot water for a few minutes and a maximum of three people, while the rest were forced to take ice-cold showers. as a result of these conditions, several people actually fell ill. they developed symptoms of colds, weakness, and sore throats. this was not a matter of comfort, but of real health risks to guests, for which no one took responsibility. the next announced visit by a technician did not take place at all. no contact, no response, no solutions.
