The hotel was closed down and booking.com failed to notify me what happened had no time to rebook!

− I booked a room here last year for a concert I was attending April 10th. The day of the concert, I was informed that the hotel was closed due to renovation. Not the hotel or booking.com was bothered enough to tell me! We couldn't find another place to stay so had to drive all the way back home. Didn't get back until 2am in the morning.

Very disappointed
1.0Upon arrival we found out that the hotel is condemned. The hotel notice that it was condemned was on the door and it got condemned March 18 was never notified by you or the hotel. We had to scramble to find another hotel for our stay for the concert.
