7.0The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, with stunning natural views. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and well-coordinated. They also provide high-quality food at night, which was excellent. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.
− I didn't have any major dislikes during my stay. However, I have a few suggestions that could make the guest experience even better: It would be helpful to provide basic in-room amenities such as an iron and ironing board. Consider opening a small convenience store within the hotel that offers essential items such as biscuits, yogurt, snacks, bottled water, baby products, and basic toiletries. This would be especially beneficial for families with children, as there are no nearby shops. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the town, and the road is quite rough. Most regular vehicles may have difficulty accessing it, so a high-clearance vehicle such as a jeep is recommended. Offering a shuttle service or transportation in suitable vehicles would be a valuable convenience for guests. These are only suggestions for improvement. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and enjoyed my experience at the hotel.
