10.0La ubicación y la tranquilidad de la zona. Además había una parada de bus justo enfrente.
− Que no hubiesen proporcionado bolsas de basura, o un mínimo de sal y algún condimento. Al final estuvimos una semana y escasearon cosas como papel higiénico y demás.

− Ausstattung der Küche ist knapp. Es gibt kein Grundbedarf (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, etc.) und nur wenige Putz- oder Waschmittel. Man muss wirklich alles selbst einkaufen. Leider gibt es keinen Besen oder Staubsauger, was bei längeren Aufenthalten oder mit Kindern wünschenswert wäre.

9.0Casa tal cual aparece en las fotos. Materiales de primera calidad, duchas buenas, colchones anchos y cómodos y electrodomésticos, cubertería y TV muy bien. Puede mejorar pequeñas cosas, pero se agradece un buen apartamento.
− Contestan rápido a los msjs, pero los jabones de Rituals que ofrecen estaban medio vacíos y no vinieron a rellenarlos como me dijeron. El mando a distancia de la puerta del parking no funcionaba y tampoco la cambiaron (estuvimos una semana). No estaría mal tener un mantel para no estropear la mesa ya que te piden fianza. El sofá está ya un poco hundido de un lado. El WC del baño en suite era muy pequeño. No hay insonorización entre salón y cuartos. Se necesita coche para moverse. Hay una parada de bus en frente, pero con horarios reducidos. Pero son detalles..., en general todo muy bien.
