The apartment exceeded our expectations! The hosts are very nice and accommodating people. The view from the balcony is stunning and the apartment was very spacious, clean and well organized!

Igor the host kindly met us at the train station and took us to the 2 bedroom apartment. Heals collected us on day of departure, thankfully. The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous, the interior in authentic Italian design is stunning. Please do not ever change it as its gorgeous. It was very clean and very comfortable and had everything you need. The bedrooms are very spacious and furnished beautifully. Bellano is a quaint town with a lovely atmosphere and the locals are very friendly. You can hop on the ferry to the more popular Bellagio, Mennagio towns which is great or use train or bus services. The views of Lake Como from the balcony are beautiful, you'll not be disappointed!

− The apartment is up a very steep winding road therefore, I would suggest that a car is a Must have when staying here. The host showed us the path that is used to get down to the town however, it is very steep and takes a good 20-25 mins. This path is not signposted and we ended up haviing to walk on the road half way down which, has sharp bends the whole way and very narrow roads. You need to be fairly fit to walk back up however, we did not as it is pitch black at night as very little lighting on it, in fact some parts no lighting at all. Luckily, we were able to get a taxi (very hard to find in Bellano) but at €20 each way that could prove an expensive addition if staying here longer than a few nights. This is the only negative but one that should be highlighted in property description as a priority.
