9.0De locatie is op de begane grond van een appartementencomplex. Het complex is erg rustig. De airco werkt uitstekend. De kamers zijn prima te verduisteren. Het appartement is schoon en een prima plek voor een gezin met kinderen. Op 7 minuten rijden is een groot winkelcentrum. In de buurt zijn verschillende restaurantjes. De autosnelweg is vlakbij. Er is heel veel bergruimte in kasten beschikbaar. De voordeur houdt een kwade olifant nog buiten.
− Er zijn een aantal kleine reparaties nodig aan het appartement. Een enkele raam klink, wat klemmende schuiframen, de kraan van het bubbelbad liet los, dat soort kleine dingetjes.

10.0The apartment is full equipped, with everything you may need. Feels like being at home. It's quite close to the highway and facilities (like supermarkets and so on). Raffaele, the host, is always helpful and ready to assist. No doubts this will be my pick to visit Toscana area.
− Not related to the property, but mosquitos are a bit annoying in July. The house is well protected on every door and window, but it's recommendable to use sprays or other tools to fight with them.
