Very simple, but clean, inexpensive and met my needs.

Overall quiet and nice hotel, just it seems like smoking is encouraged as long as one steps out of the room, making it n
8.0Rooms are clean and spacious
− My room was on second floor, no elevator, the staircase is completely outside of the building and there is no way escaping the rain, while carrying luggage upstairs. Even though the room is non smoking, all over across the entire hotel environment is smoking and so it stinks.
