− El apartamento es justito, había varias cosas rotas y algunas sucias. Las sábanas viejas.
Vaste appartement mais en mauvais état général
7.0vaste appartement - grande terrasse arrière - possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner (non fourni) sur la terrasse belle piscine - appartement bien équipé au niveau assiettes, tasses, verres, couverts, etc... airco dans le salon (mais pas dans les chambres)
− propreté laissant à désirer (frigo notamment) mauvais état général de l'appartement et de ses équipements: chaises sur la terrasse, ventilateurs, ampoules, boiler, porte de douche, etc... pas de WIFI
Migliorabile!
7.0Il condominio, seppur datato, è tutto sommato ben tenuto, eccezion fatta per la pavimentazione della piscina, con la quale si corre il rischio di farsi male. La casa si trova in una posizione ottimale per poter visitare la Costa Smeralda e nelle vicinanze è possibile trovare Market e servizi vari. Il sig. Paolo, custode della struttura, è stato molto cortese è disponibile.
− L’appartamento ha delle buone potenzialità, ma è decisamente trascurato. Buona la pulizia generale, ma abbiamo trovato stoviglie in condizioni non ottimali (padelle col teflon completamente tolto), piastrelle mancanti in cucina, plafoniere prive di vetro di copertura o senza lampadine, anta del box doccia rotta, imposte che non si chiudono, stendino rotto, alcune sedie esterne rotte. Insomma, la sensazione è che la casa sia stata lasciata un po’ a se stessa, eccezion fatta per la pulizia, sulla quale non abbiamo nulla da obiettare. Siamo convinti che con un po’ di manutenzione in più la casa sarebbe perfetta, nonostante risalga agli anni 70.
