10.0Great place, quiet Small trails on the site Good breakfast & coffee No tv (but that’s not a bas thing) Close to a really good coffee shop…the latte was excellent! The receptionnist was really nice and helped us book activites.

8.0Basic but clean accommodation. The lodges have their own nature trail which is fun (takes 30mins to walk round). There is a nice cafe and small supermarket at the end of the hotel drive but you really need your own transport to get into Santa Elena.

2.0I tried to cancel the reservation on March 9th which was 4 days before and about 2 days after booking and there would be no refund of the charges so I did nothing. At the least it would give them some extra paperwork for all the money I paid for nothing. I'm sure they booked the room and made double the money. Sad but lesson learned. Expensive lesson.

10.0Very easy checkin, all staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms were spacious and clean, the property has a nice walking trail, and I saw lots of beautiful wildlife just outside of my room.

8.0Key card was only activated for two night stay by mistake and we got back from a long hike to not be able to access our room and reception was not manned. It was soon sorted but a bit of a pain. A bit of a lack of plug sockets but just adequate.
