Comoda dimora per visitare Venezia e dintorni!
10.0Nonostante siamo atterrati a Venezia in tarda serata (1am) il proprietario è stato disponibile ad accoglierci e farci fare il check in senza alcun problema. Fin dal primo istante ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, la casa è spaziosa e comodissima. Ha due bagni completi e ben 4 camere da letto. Perfetta per famiglie o gruppo di amici fino a 7 persone. In bagno c'era anche la lavatrice con tanto di detersivo!!! La cucina attrezzatissima con un set di pentole che faceva invidia per quanto era completo! L'appartamento si trova al primo piano, ma c'è comunque un cortile attrezzato con tavoli e sedie di fianco al parcheggio privato.
− Non è di certo colpa del proprietario, ma il vicino nonostante fossimo super silenziosi, si è dimostrato intollerante di fronte alla presenza di ospiti. Non dategli retta se vi viene a molestare suonando il campanello o gridandovi contro.

10.0Sehr schönes Apartment, sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

8.0Posizione e appartamento perfetto per le nostre necessità. Casa Grazia è davvero impeccabile, tutto nuovissimo e confortevole dall'arredamento, alle stanze e tutte le comodità della casa (accessori, utensili ecc...). Dispone di wi-fi e parcheggio riservato all'interno della struttura. Nonostante qualche imprevisto per la nostra prenotazione, il sig. Amedeo è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile per gli orari di check-in e check-out.
