− No internet for 3 days, breakfast is falsely advertised the don’t have breakfast service no menu no room service, you have to give them money so they can buy food an cook for you, even then there was no menu what they can cook and only one person spoke English, I was also quoted 1600 euros for my stay and paid 500 euros more, don’t know why because they don’t offer no service at all, so I was charged extra

− During check out, receptionist has ruined entire good feelings. Last day was absolutelly disgusting. She try to abuse us for money, telling us we use some bottles of beverages. Thas was riculously low amount, but point is why... Entire good rememberances was shadowed by one awfull staff member. She should be fired immediatelly....
