9.0Las vistas, la terraza con quincho ( hubiera sido más útil parrilla a gas) , el departamento cómodo con concepto abierto que facilita la convivencia . Hay negocios bien abastecidos a distancia caminable. Oferta gastronómica variada. Las calles limpias y las casas bien tenidas , jardines bien cuidados
