The villa is amazing, great space, inside and out and so many places to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The hosts are really lovely people and incredibly helpful, on hand at any time, and kindly shared some great recommendations for us first time visitors to denia.

− Sadly the pool filter stopped working at the start of the week and wasn’t fixed during our stay. As the villa is slightly away from the beach a pool was one of our ‘must haves’ so disappointed we were unable to use for half of our stay.

Grace Villa is an architect, designed, stunning villa. A luxury family home with all you could wish for and more. With four large double bedrooms (one a suite with sitting area or beds for little ones, with it's own large bathroom and terrace with seating and outdoor shower). The large kitchen, dining and various sitting areas are air conditioned as are the bedrooms. Outside there's a huge garden with large pool, shower hut, lots of relaxing spaces and dining table. The bbq area affords another dining option with further furniture to enjoy near the pool. There's a rustic lodge with it's own double bed, mezzanine with mattress, fridge and shower, and whilst not luxurious; our two teenagers claimed it for their own and loved it. Extensive lighting, both outside and in, adds to the whole experience at nighttime. Our teens loved late swims in the lit, colour changing pool. There's parking for three large vehicles too. We didn’t walk to the centre of Denia as too hot, but it's an easy 20/25 minute walk to the beautiful harbour and all the town has to offer.

De enorme veelzijdige apart ingerichte sfeervolle ruimte in en om het huis en de vele zitplekken, binnen (tv Hoek, grote eettafel,lounge- en leeshoek en buiten het huis (grote eettafel en zithoek op het terras ),het ideale zwembad waar je echt baantjes kunt zwemmen en een heerlijke buitendouche alsmede een aparte zithoek en loungebank met een buitenkeuken (grote BBQ) en weer een eettafel. De grote ruime keuken (incl.keuken eiland) met voldoende pannen, servies/bestek etc. wat je maar kan bedenken. Ruime slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Bedden opgemaakt en voldoende handdoeken, ook strands zijn aanwezig voor een ieder. Waskamer met wasmachine/droger/strijkfaciliteiten en buiten genoeg waslijnen met knijpers. Zeer ruime tuin met heerlijk grasveld en schaduwplekken en ligbedjes, zandstrook en speelhoek voor de kinderen. Locatie prima. 3 supermarkten dichtbij (Consum/Lidl/Mas-y-Mas) en Centrum Denia dichtbij. Loopafstand naar haven ong. 25 minuten heerlijk voor ochtendwandeling. Prachtig uitzicht op de berg “de Montgo”. Voldoende parkeerruimte voor meerdere auto’s. Foto’s op de site is wat je exact wat je kan verwachten. Kortom ideaal huis voor een heerlijke vakantie met (groot gezin of groep) privacy genoeg voor iedereen! Huisdier toegestaan. Contact met eigenaar uitstekend, ze reageren direct op iedere vraag en zijn erg behulpzaam!

− Weggetje naar entree huis vrij smal, dus auto’s direct even in goede richting zetten zodat je er makkelijk weer uit rijd.
