10.0Excellent location, side beach view. 10 minute walk down the sea front to Clacton Pier. Host very clear with instructions on checking in and good parking spot. Big apartment and good facilities. Lovely and warm. Very homely. Will certainly stay again.
− Bed on first floor was most uncomfortable and noisy when moving. However the second floor bed is lovely and so was the sofa bed. Grass out the back needs a good cut. No hairdryer, my fault I should of checked before I came.

10.0Great place to stay! Rooms all a good size and the bathrooms are perfect. The kitchen is well equipped there is ample parking. Great location too.

10.0A very nice house with lots of space, ideal for a family. Very clean and pet friendly. Just a short walk to shops and the beach is across the road. In a quiet street with parking. Would be happy with a return visit.
