− Access to a washing machine and dryer is thinly thing missing. But a coin laundry nearby sorted that out quickly.

9.0A beautiful 'artist' apartment in Suffolk Park. It looks exactly as described in the pictures and feels very comfortable. Just a 10 minute drive from Byron Bay and about a 20 minute walk to beautiful Tallow Beach.

10.0This apartment was a dream to stay in! It felt like a small part of France...extremely comfortable bed, usable kitchen, comfy sitting chair by the window...all appliances worked reliably. Location was a short walk to beach, local stores. Walking path around the local lake was perfect, the music of birds every morning was just beautiful. I felt so safe as a solo women in this area, including walking in the evenings. David was welcoming and very helpful. I WILL ABSOLUTELY RETURN!! Highly recommended.
− No air conditioning.. however l will stress that the ceiling fans actually made the home very comfortable, including overnight.
