The apartment is in a quiet location with local neighborhood. The access to the apartment is unique and safe. The property itself has a private parking place and there is also available free parking on the street in front of the apartment . The apartment is very close to the main road on the shore and the beach. It is walking distance to a very good supermarket. There are nice patisseries, cafes and restaurants nearby. It is very easy to reach the city center, touristic places or to the harbor by local transportation or by taxi which takes between 5-7 Eur. The apartment is brand new, super clean and perfectly furnished meeting all the requirements for a wonderful stay. It has two very handy balconies with furnitures to enjoy every time of the day outside. The land owner is very reachable and showing super hospitality to meet any need we asked for. He was keen on asking for help everyday. We had the chance to check in early, and offered us to extend our check out. So that is really very kind of him. He also left very nice compliments for a warm welcome in the apartment. The kitchen supplies were sufficient. There is a coffee machine and capsules, also a dish washer. Upstairs is at the attic so the ceiling for tall people can be challenging. You should watch out the head while moving. For the kids it is perfect, even as adults over 50 we really enjoyed staying upstairs. We had two elder persons over 70. They were amazed by the utilities and comforts of the apartment as well.
