Best place to enjoy holidays in Italia!
10.0If you have a sense for beauty and the affinity to the italian way of live, than we can truly recommend this most beautiful location to you. Don’t hesitate, book it! You won’t be disappointed! The hosts are so nice, the view ist priceless beautiful, the house very comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet garden here - as well as our little dog did. Very nice beaches in direction Punta Ala wonderful restaurants close by, and if you like to cook: enjoy the freshest pasta and tomatoes and salads and much more!

10.0Tolle Aussicht (Meeresblick), große Terrasse, viel Platz in der Wohnung und Ruhe, perfekt zum Entspannen. Scarlino ist fußläufig in ca. 15 min erreichbar (Restaurants etc) sowie eine coole Bar in ca. 5 min. Zum Strand sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Nicht zu vergessen der große Olivenbaum unter dem das Fahrzeug immer im Schatten steht. Netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.
Fantastische Aussicht in ruhigem Ambiente
9.0Da ist zunächst die herrliche Aussicht auf den Golf von Follonica zu erwähnen. Besser geht es nicht! Man sollte ein Fernglas dabei haben. Die gesamte Etage ist exklusiv für die Gäste verfügbar. Eine sehr große Terrasse, wovon ein Teil überdacht ist. Dort steht ein Tisch mit Stühlen, die immer zu einem Imbiss mit toller Aussicht einladen. Insbesondere sind die Sonnenuntergänge von dort eine Wucht. Man ist absolut ungestört. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Zwei Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm stehen auch zur Verfügung. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffe und eine Kapselmaschine, großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Auch eine Geschirrspülmaschine ist vorhanden. Großes Bad mit genügend Abstellfläche, einem großen Spiegel. Die Dusche ist etwas klein, genügt aber allen Anforderungen. Im Bad befindet sich auch eine Waschmaschine. Zwei große Schlafzimmer mit viel Schrankraum. Parkplatz direkt an der Villa, die einen gesicherten Zugang mittels el. Toranlage hat. WLAN funktioniert gut. Man erreicht mit dem Auto viele Ziele in der Umgebung. Fußläufig ist die Altstadt von Scarlino schnell erreichbar. Wenige 100m von der Villa entfernt ist ein Restaurant im Wald. Check In und Check Out sind absolut top. Zum Empfang stand eine Flasche Wein und zwei Flaschen Wasser bereit. TV ist nur italienisch frei vorhanden, war für uns jedoch nicht wichtig. Klimatisierung ist an sehr heißen Tagen schwierig, da nur ein mobiles Kühlgerät vorhanden ist, das einen Raum kühlen kann. Ansonsten ist die Kühlung über Nacht durch die geschlossenen Fensterläden bei geöffneten Fenstern vollkommen ausreichend.
