Comfortable nice home with three ensuite bedrooms
7.0This was my third time staying at this property. Three ensuite bathrooms make it easy for five adults. The spa was a wonderful accessibility. We did make use of the gym too. The location is great. The veranda with the furniture was nice to sit outside in.
− There’s only one hair dryer in the property for potentially six adults to share. There isn’t enough utensils, plates, knives and folks to last for one day. We had to take things out of the dishwasher to clean during the day. The balconies and the furniture in them are very uncared for. So we didn’t go out. The wifi was weak and intermittent. The tennis court needs some maintenance.
Reception staff amazing and very friendly, also helped with restaurant suggestions.
10.0Lodge was fantastic and great value for money. Booked for a birthday on a self catering basis. Location good for Dartmouth and Salcombe.
− Breakfast in the hotel, only did this one morning but staff not very helpful, ran out of juice, no help yourself cooked breakfast as indicated, no oat milk.
I think we will definitely come back every year for a vacation

− Property was excellent, just some roads to nearby attractions were too narrow that we were not used to drive by were time consuming for us, though roads were in good condition
