10.0- The house, the cleanliness, the smell of the towels & bed sheets, the kitchen... everything! - Either shower upstairs or nice bath downstairs - you have options. - Extremly nice patio with more than enough space facing a huge green space where you can look at the forest for the whole day. This is one fabulous gem - do not miss it!
