Facilities were good and great location and view from the apartment.

− The communication with host was very poor. Did not have the information needed for check in and proved stressful and difficult. The apartment was extremely hot and the windows do not open much which meant it was uncomfortable to sleep at night, this could easily be improved by fans or air conditioning.

Good choice for a brief stay in Liverpool

Great location for central Liverpool. Sainsbury’s local supermarket next door. Car park very close. A great mini apartment which was fully equipped with everything required. Each bedroom had its own private shower room.

− Very high room (27th floor) with full length windows - very warm in the recent weather and 2 rather small fans provided.

Ideal location for exploring the docks, the sights and the city with amazing views across the busy estuary which was interesting in itself. Very comfortable modern and spacious apartment with identical bedrooms both with an ensuite for 2 couples or a family of 4. Everything was provided including coffee pods and tea. Restaurants were in abundance within walking distance and a the view from the top balcony was amazing.

− Some of the windows would not close properly and as such when the wind blew hard which it did for the whole weekend, they made a loud noise. We did report this after the 1st night and were moved the same day to an identical apartment without too much bother and the windows closed in the new apartment. The air conditioning was not very effective in either apartment and as the sun belted through the windows it made the apartments too warm.

No hot water, not worth staying here

Location

− There was no hot water at all, contacted but no solution after a lot of WhatsApp was directed make a formal complaint. Over a week later still no response. The apartment was incredibly hot but lacked hot water Would not recommend if you want a shower during your stay.

The apartment was nice and modern.

− We lost access to the property multiple times during our stay, and had to go through hoops to get keys rekeyed as there are no Charles hope staff onsite and reception cannot just grant access to the apartment. We were also locked out of the apartment building in the middle of the night as a result of this. There was no ventilation or airflow at all through the apartment and it was stiflingly hot, despite not being above 22 degrees outside.
