clean and tidy when we came into our apartment

− Unfortunately, our experience at this property did not meet our expectations. First of all, we would like to point out that the apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival, and we have absolutely no complaints regarding its cleanliness. However, our biggest disappointment was that the listing created a completely different impression from reality. A large number of the photos show a spacious shared living room and kitchen, which led us to believe that these areas were available for guests to use. Upon arrival, the lady who welcomed us informed us that using the kitchen was not allowed and that if we cooked, our €300 security deposit would be withheld. We believe that such an important restriction should be clearly stated in the property description before booking, rather than only being mentioned after guests arrive. Another issue was the refrigerator in our apartment, which did not work properly and barely cooled at all. During the summer, this was a significant inconvenience. During both our arrival and departure, we also got the impression that the host often spoke negatively about previous guests. When I asked for an ashtray to take to our balcony, she told me she only had one ashtray left on the shared terrace because, according to her, previous “crazy guests” had broken all the others. We found this way of speaking about former guests to be very unprofessional. The most uncomfortable moment occurred when we were checking out. While I briefly went back upstairs to collect a few things we had forgotten, my girlfriend stayed behind talking to the host. She later told me that the conversation had been very pleasant and friendly until the host suddenly changed the subject and said, “Don’t leave us a review at all if you’re not going to give us a 10.” This comment surprised us and left a very negative impression, as we believe reviews should always be honest and reflect guests’ real experiences, without any pressure.

The owner and the employees/cleaners were great , they couldnt do enough for us , nothing was too much trouble , really friendly and helpful . The pools were clean and good sized , aircon was great and use of the shared spaces ( downstairs kitchen and living room) was a lifesaver 😁...the apartment and bathroom were kept spotless. In paticular the small blonde cleaner , always made an effort to communicate with us and take an interest , even with the language barrier ... highly reommended place , lovely people 👍

Lovely property, comfortable and modern rooms with lovely pool and communal lounge. Staff were friendly, amazing and addressed any issues quickly. Hope to be able to stay again - thank you!
